Non-attendance

In order to assist with training needs analysis and management planning departmental reports, listing courses attended by members of the department or faculty, will be sent to Heads of Institutions and/or Departmental Administrators on a termly basis. In the future this information may be made directly accessible to Heads of Institutions and/or Departmental Administrators. This will include non-attendance information. We ask that participants do not book on courses unless they are sure they can attend. Places are at a premium and reserving places by booking and then not attending will penalise other participants on over-subscribed events and incur a cost to the University. However, we understand that in some instances non-attendance may be for unavoidable reasons.
