Web Authoring: Cascading Style Sheets Next Steps (Level 4)
Prerequisites


Description

This two-part course will build on the simple style sheets produced in the introductory courses. The aim is to give you a full appreciation of how stylesheets work and how to work with them, and using them as an integral part of producing web pages and sites.

Prerequisites

Sound practical knowledge of html and cascading style sheets (as covered on the CSS Introduction and practiced by writing web pages) will be assumed.

  • Positioning with stylesheets
  • Things you can do with lists
  • Using selectors for other effects
  • CSS produced slides
  • Media-related stylesheets for printing
Format

Presentation/demonstrations with practical at end.
