Description

This is an intermediate course using the popular word processing software Microsoft Word 2007 for support staff. The course is aimed at those who have a sound but basic proficiency using the package but who want to master useful day to day skills such as further document control through advanced tables and mail merge.

Prerequisites

Participants are expected to have sound computing skills and be able to use Word 2007 with good basic proficiency.

  • Taking control of page layout using tables and numbering
  • Producing envelopes and labels
  • Distributing information via mail merge
