Commonly associated with pressure to work hard, it can also arise from boredom, procrastination, perfectionism, bullying, job insecurity, relationship difficulties and many other situations associated with the home or workplace. This two-day course will help you to understand the causes of stress and identify possible solutions for coping with pressure and managing stress.
