This course will introduce the use of PowerPoint in the production of presentation for use with slides, foils and direct projection.

Prerequisites

Familiarity with wordprocessing is essential.

Notes
  • Practical work will be done using PowerPoint 2007 on PCs unless otherwise specified.
  • Novices who would prefer a more basic and/or self-paced course are recommended to attend the PowerPoint for Beginners course instead.
  • Teach-yourself courses on PowerPoint are available and courses are also run by the Personnel Division (available to Departmental Support Staff only).
